Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their trade, business or profession.

1.3 For entrepreneurs: Conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions are not part of the contract unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.

2. Contracting Party

3. Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order and acceptance of the order is sent via an automatic email. With this confirmation email, the contract is concluded.

3.2 The contract may also be concluded earlier if you select the following payment method:

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal during the order process. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

4. Contract Storage and Language

4.1 We store the contract text and send you the order data and the terms and conditions by email. You can view your past orders at shop.rent-n-ride.de under “My Account”.

4.2 The contract language is German.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with legal provisions.

5.2 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of return shipment.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the goods.

6. Prices and Shipping Costs

6.1 All prices on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

6.2 For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order.

7. Delivery

7.1 Deliveries are made within Germany and the EU via DHL.

7.2 Delivery time is up to 3 days.

8. Payment

8.1 Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, AmazonPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, or bank transfer (prepayment).

8.2 If you choose bank transfer, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation.

9. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

10. Warranty

We are liable for material defects in accordance with statutory provisions.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
