5. Are these new and original items?
Yes, all items in our online shop are unused new products. These are OEM items (Original Equipment Manufacturer) produced by the original manufacturers. You can be sure you’re getting high-quality products that meet the same standards as retail items. The only difference is often the packaging.
6. Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All items we offer come with the legal two-year warranty. During this period, we will replace or repair defective items free of charge. Additionally, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
